International recognition, local expertise

Buying property in Spain requires more than simply finding a beautiful home. It requires trust, proper guidance and a professional framework that is legally and practically sound — both in Spain and for international buyers. That is why I combine three official recognitions within the real estate sector: RAICV and API in Spain, and BIV in Belgium.

As a RAICV- and API-recognised real estate agent, I operate in accordance with Spanish regulations and professional standards. This means that my activities are directly aligned with the local market, regional legislation and the way real estate transactions are actually carried out in Spain. For buyers, this provides the reassurance of being assisted by a professional who is firmly established within the Spanish system and who is active in the local market on a daily basis.

In addition to our Spanish recognition (RAICV – API), we are also recognised in Belgium as a BIV-certified real estate agent. This means that, on Belgian territory and in connection with Spanish real estate, we are authorised to provide information and guidance to prospective buyers.

Our real estate activities and brokerage services relate exclusively to properties located in Spain and are carried out in accordance with the applicable Spanish legislation and professional regulations. Legal procedures, reservations and contractual transactions are handled through the competent parties in Spain.
